The art of using nature to make our wines how they want and not how they should! A natural SOIL is a prerequisite that the water balance of the vine is intact and that there is no stress in the vineyard. HANDWORK in the vineyard and dynamic plant protection are very important to us. We take care of this cultivated plant all year round in such a way that we have to intervene as little as possible in the cellar. This is the only way we can get healthy grapes hand-picked into the cellar and give this natural product the TIME to mature - gentle processing if possible without sulfur and pure culture yeasts. The yeast should come true. We bottle our wines after an average of 9-12 months. The soil is our capital, it is not for nothing that our best location is called: RIED LEBEN.
